මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතියෙන් ශ්‍රී ලංකා රජය ප්‍රතිලාභ ලැබිය යුතු නමුත් ඉන් රටට එල්ල වන බලපෑම ගැන ද සැලකිලිමත් විය යුතු යැයි ඇය සඳහන් කරයි.

GR government keeping silent to all these Western diplomats doing what ever they want inside the countries. Obviously when MS/RW/JVP/JHU/TNA YAHAPALANAYA ruling these diplomats were silent and praising that disastrous YAHAPALANAYA because they were dancing to the tune of these Western countries.
However these Western diplomats should not not be poking their nose into internal politics of the country. It is time to tell them to GET LOST

I do not agree with you Ponyl. In one years time it will be other way about. Soon our people will have to ask for help from European countries to save us from the Chinese invaders. The same thing had happened two times in Sri Lanka. We had to beg Dutch to chase Portuguese away and later beg Englishmen to throw the Dutch out. This was all due to the fools who reigned Sri Lanka who had taken various kinds of big bribes from those invaders.
History repeats.

Fully agreed. Those who know what China has done is poor countries in Asia and Africa. If we were a self sufficient country, we could have resisted foreign involvement including western diplomats, but when we spend 90% of GDP on paying interest only on foreign loans, mainly loans taken from China at high interest rates, we can't be truly independent. Very sad.
